1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by INJIZASMM (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Services
INJIZASMM provides promotional marketing and engagement services for various social media platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X / Twitter, Threads, and Twitch) to clients primarily located in Rwanda 🇷🇼 and Uganda 🇺🇬.
Our services are designed to increase social proof and visibility. We never request, store, or require access to your social media passwords or private account credentials.
3. Account Public Status & Responsibility
It is the client's sole responsibility to ensure that target accounts, channels, posts, or videos remain PUBLIC during the entire delivery duration. Placing orders for private profiles may result in delivery failure without eligibility for a refund.
4. Payment & Processing
All transactions are conducted in local currencies (RWF for Rwanda, UGX for Uganda) through Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Airtel Money) or authorized digital payment gateways.
Orders commence processing only after full payment verification. For manual payment methods in Uganda, verified transaction screenshots and IDs are required.
5. Delivery & Refill Policy
Delivery estimates (e.g. 1–6 hours start time) are guidelines. Actual speeds may vary based on platform algorithm updates and server queue volume. Packages labeled with Refill Guarantee are protected against abnormal drops for 30 days upon request via our WhatsApp support.
6. Contact & Disputes
If you experience any issues with an order, please contact our support team immediately on WhatsApp with your Order Reference ID. We strive to resolve all inquiries within 24 hours.
